MEACS is a community dedicated to connecting cybersecurity researchers, engineers, students, and independent hackers from the Middle East and Africa with the broader global security ecosystem. We contribute a new perspective by expanding global participation in technical security discussions while staying fully aligned with the hacker ethos: understanding how systems work, challenging assumptions, and improving security through transparency.
